Veologi Clinic (“Veologi”, “Clinic”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a skin, hair, laser, and aesthetic clinic founded and operated by Dr. Aditya Favade, BAMS, D. Dermatology (Ay.) (Registration No. I-76640A), registered with the Maharashtra Council of Indian Medicine under the NCISM framework (National Commission for Indian System of Medicine). “Medical Records” Means all medical information relating to a patient including consultation notes, prescriptions, laboratory reports, investigation reports, treatment plans, clinical photographs, procedural notes, invoices, consent forms, imaging records, follow-up records, referral notes, discharge summaries, telemedicine records, and any other healthcare documentation.
“Consent” Means any free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous indication whereby the patient signifies agreement for the processing of personal data for one or more specified purposes.

While WhatsApp provides end-to-end encryption, electronic communication may involve certain security risks. We recommend that you avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information over unsecured internet connections.
Any consultation or communication conducted through WhatsApp or other electronic means may be recorded and maintained as part of your confidential medical record. Where telemedicine consultations are provided, they will be conducted in accordance with the applicable Telemedicine Practice Guidelines and other applicable laws.
We keep your personal information only for as long as it is required to provide healthcare services, fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, or comply with applicable laws.
Your medical records are generally retained for a minimum period of three (3) years from the date of your last consultation, or for a longer period if required by applicable law, professional guidelines, insurance requirements, or ongoing legal proceedings.
If you make an appointment enquiry but do not proceed with a consultation, we may retain your information for a reasonable period for administrative or legal purposes and then securely delete it.
Once the applicable retention period has expired, your personal information may be securely deleted, destroyed, or anonymised in accordance with applicable laws and our record retention practices.
