Skin is a reflection. We look at the whole mirror.

Integrative care that treats your skin, hair, and nails as part of a bigger picture — because sustainable results rarely come from creams alone.

The drivers beneath your skin, hair, and nail concerns.

At Veologi, holistic wellness isn’t a separate service — it’s woven into every consultation. We address the things beneath your symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.

Hormonal

Hormonal Skin Concerns

Acne that follows your cycle. Hair thinning with PCOS. Skin changes at perimenopause. We address the hormonal root alongside topical care — coordinating with your gynaecologist when needed.

Nutrition

Nutrition & Skin

Iron deficiency, vitamin D, zinc, B12 — these affect hair, skin, and nails more than most realise. We screen, address deficiencies, and provide practical guidance (not fad diets).

Gut

Gut-Skin Axis

Emerging research shows significant links between gut microbiome and skin inflammation. For rosacea, eczema, and chronic acne, we address gut health as part of the plan.

Stress

Stress & Skin

Stress worsens nearly every skin condition — acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss. We help you identify your stress-skin patterns and integrate manageable interventions.

Lifestyle

Sleep & Lifestyle

Skin repairs during sleep. Circulation affects hair growth. Pollution ages skin faster than sun. We address the daily habits that compound over time — good or bad.

PCOS

PCOS-related Concerns

Hormonal acne, hair thinning, hirsutism, insulin-related skin changes. We work alongside your endocrinologist or gynaecologist for coordinated care.

Post-partum

Post-partum Skin & Hair

Hormonal shifts after childbirth cause shedding, pigmentation changes, and breakouts. We guide you through safely, considering nursing status and recovery.

Complete medicine, not alternative.

W

hen I started practising dermatology, I noticed something that stayed with me: the patients who got the best long-term results weren’t the ones on the most treatments. They were the ones whose lives were in order — sleep, nutrition, stress, relationships, movement.

"This isn't alternative medicine. It's complete medicine."

That insight shaped how I practise today. At Veologi, holistic wellness isn’t a separate service — it’s woven into every consultation. If your acne is flaring with your cycle, we talk about hormones. If your hair is thinning after a stressful year, we talk about that. If your eczema worsens in monsoon, we talk about gut health.

Integrative. Practical. Coordinated.

01

Integrated, Not Alternative

Modern dermatology with a wider lens — not alternative medicine. Every recommendation is evidence-informed and grounded in clinical research.

02

Practical, Not Overwhelming

We don’t hand you a 20-item lifestyle overhaul. We identify the 2–3 changes that will actually make a difference for your specific condition and help you implement them.

03

Coordinated Care

When your condition needs input from a gynaecologist, endocrinologist, or nutritionist, we coordinate — not compete. Good care is team care.

04

Long-Term View

Wellness-driven outcomes compound over months and years. We build plans that fit your life today — and adjust as life changes.

Dermatological care, in full context.

Detailed Assessment

An extended consultation that explores your concern in context — lifestyle, cycle, diet, stress, sleep.

Targeted Investigations

Hormone panels, nutritional markers, thyroid tests, gut markers — when they'll meaningfully change the plan.

Nutritional Guidance

Practical, evidence-based dietary adjustments for your specific condition — no fad diets, no supplements you don't need.

Stress Integration

Identifying your personal stress-skin patterns and helping you build manageable interventions into your routine.

Coordinated Referrals

We work alongside your other doctors — gynaecologist, endocrinologist, nutritionist — so your care stays coherent.

Long-Term Follow-Up

Tracking both your skin and the underlying drivers over time — adjusting as your life, cycle, or season changes.

Our toolkit evolves as the evidence does. Treatments are recommended only after diagnosis — never off a menu.

Your first visit, step by step.

01

Extended Conversation

A consultation that explores your skin concern in full context — lifestyle, cycle, diet, stress, sleep.

02

Focused Investigation

Targeted tests where they’ll meaningfully shape treatment — not a reflex blood panel.

03

Integrated Plan

Dermatological treatment combined with 2–3 practical lifestyle modifications, and coordination with other specialists if needed.

Answers, honestly.

Is this alternative medicine or Ayurveda?
No. It’s modern dermatology that takes a wider view. Every recommendation is evidence-informed — we just look beyond the cream and into what’s driving the condition.
Absolutely not. Small, targeted changes in the right area are far more effective than sweeping lifestyle overhauls that nobody sustains. We’ll identify the 2–3 things that matter most for your specific case.
Only when indicated. If your iron, vitamin D, or B12 is low, yes — we’ll address it. We don’t recommend random “skin-boosting” supplements without evidence or indication.
Usually not — it complements it. Some mild conditions improve dramatically with lifestyle alone; others need medical treatment alongside. We’re honest about which is which.
Yes. Integrative, whole-person care is how we practice — not an add-on. Your consultation includes this approach by default.
Absolutely. Wellness consultations often work very well online — there’s more to discuss than examine. We may still request lab reports from your local facility.
